Welcome to my agency website. Since graduating from Sonoma State University in 1988, I have been working with State Farm Insurance Company. I am the most experienced State Farm Agent in our local community. Since 1997 my Team and I have been assisting people with a personalized price plan in Petaluma, Sonoma County, and California with their auto insurance, motorcycle insurance, home insurance, renters insurance and condo insurance, pet insurance, life insurance, farm ranch insurance and business insurance. Being involved with Petaluma, I'm a proud past President of the Petaluma Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Petaluma and have served on the Board of Directors for many local Sonoma County organizations including the Petaluma Boys and Girls Club, the Petaluma Animal Shelter, SSU Athletic Association and the Red Cross of Sonoma, Lake and Mendocino Counties. In my Petaluma Insurance Office, we help people by making purchasing things like car insurance easy and we maximize discounts available by creating personal price plans. My team and I would love to work with you for your insurance needs with the available products we have to offer. Currently in California, we are not accepting new property or business policies. I am licensed and able to write insurance in Oregon for car insurance, fire insurance, life insurance, business insurance and pet insurance. Ian Foust is a local Petaluman and is my Assistant Office Manager. Ian has his California & Oregon property, casualty, life, health and pet insurance licenses. Elizabeth Scofield is our Office Account Manager. A native Northern Californian, Elizabeth has lived, gone to school, and worked all over the world. She is here to help you with your insurance policy questions. Vickie Frizzo has been with me since I opened my office in Petaluma in 1997. Vickie is licensed in California & Oregon for property, casualty, life, health and pet insurance. Randy Shotts resides part-time in Portland, Oregon and part-time in Petaluma, California. He has licenses in Oregon and California for property, casualty, life, health, and pet insurance. Grant Koenitzer works with us part-time while he completes his college education and insurance licensing coursework. All licensed Team members are able to assist you in creating your own personal price plan.

Ian Foust joined Team Shotts in 2022 and has been recently promoted to Assistant Office Manager. A native Petaluman, Ian is eager to assist customers with their insurance needs. He is licensed in California and Oregon for property and casualty insurance, life and health insurance, and pet insurance. We are excited to have Ian as part of our Team and hope you enjoy working with him, too.

Elizabeth Scofield is our Office Account Manager. Licensed in California for property, casualty, life and health insurance, she is here to help you with your insurance needs. A native Northern Californian with her Bachelor of Arts from University of Portland and her Master of Arts from Portland State University, we are very excited to have her as part of Team Shotts.

Randy Shotts

Office Representative

In 2021, I added Team member, Randy Shotts, who is licensed in California and Oregon. He resides in part time in Portland, Oregon and part time in Petaluma, California. He assists us as needed for State Farm Oregon customers, as well as our California customers. Randy earned his Master of Business Administration degree from California State University, Long Beach. Randy and were married in Maui in October of 2021.

Office Representative

Vickie has been with my Petaluma office since our opening in 1997. Prior to that, she worked along side me at the Regional Office for State Farm. Vickie holds licenses in both California and Oregon for auto insurance, fire insurance, life insurance, health insurance and annuities. In her spare time Vickie enjoys audio books, music, red wine and her family.
